Day 1 - Tuesday, December 28

4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Check in at the at the Rosen Centre Hotel.

8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Official Capital One Bowl tour orientation.

10:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Performers must be on their room floor.

Day 2 - Wednesday, December 29

7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.	Breakfast in Grand Ballroom.
8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.	Late arrivals pick up tour gifts & costumes.
9:00 a.m.	Bus to Walt Disney World! Meals on your own.
5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.	Buses shuttle to hotel. Last bus at 8:00 p.m.
7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.	Costume alterations and exchanges.
10:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.	Performers must be on their room floor.



Day 3 - Thursday, December 30

7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.	Performer breakfast in Grand Ballroom.
8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.	Performers - Closed set rehearsal at hotel.
8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.	Spectators - Breakfast in Grand Ballroom.
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.	Performers Only - Box lunch in Ballroom.
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.	Costume alterations and exchanges.
12:30 p.m.	Board bus to Universal Studios Florida!
6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.	Motorcoaches shuttle back to Rosen hotel.
10:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.	Performers must be on their room floor.



Day 4 - Friday, December 31

7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.	Performers - Breakfast in Grand Ballroom.
8:30 a.m.	Performers - Board motorcoach to rehearsal.
8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.	Spectator - Breakfast in Grand Ballroom.
8:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.	Performers - Sectional rehearsals.
12:00 p.m.	Spectators - Board bus to see rehearsal & lunch.
12:00 p.m.	Performers - Lunch at rehearsal field.
12:30 p.m.	Spectators - Lunch at rehearsal field.
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.	Full cast rehearsal. Open set rehearsal.
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.	Spectator motorcoaches return to hotel.
3:00 p.m.	Performer motorcoaches return to hotel.
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.	All American Tour Member dinner at hotel.
8:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.	Island Style Pool Party! Happy New Year!
10:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.	Performers must be on their room floor.



Day 5 - Saturday, January 1

6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.	Performer breakfast in Grand Ballroom.
7:30 a.m.	Performers - Board bus in full costume & props.
7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.	Spectators - Breakfast in Grand Ballroom.
8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.	Final cast dress rehearsal. Closed Set.
10:00 a.m.	Performers - Enter Citrus Bowl Stadium.
10:30 a.m.	Spectators - Board bus to Citrus Bowl Stadium.
1:00 p.m.	Capital One Bowl game Kick-Off.
Approx. 3:00 p.m.	Capital One Bowl All American Halftime Show!™
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.	Motorcoaches begin shuttle to the hotel.
8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.	Post-game celebration video party & dance.
10:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.	Performers must be on their room floor.


Day 6 - Sunday, January 2

4:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.	Check-out of the hotel at the hotel front desk.
4:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.	Buses shuttle to Orlando International Airport.
