Roommate Information

We strive to honor all roommate requests for the All American production tour. There are occasionally circumstances beyond our control that may hinder this process. Please let your desired roommates know that you are listing THEM to be in your room and ask they they list YOU to be in their room as well.

When listing roommates during your All American tour registration, please enter the full name(s) of the individuals you would like to have in your room. Leave the spaces blank if you have no roommate request. Do not list your own name.

There are a maximum of four guests per room please.

If you are requesting a Triple or Double Occupancy tour package, you must submit your roommates’ names.

All American Performers and registered Tour Spectators may stay in the same room. All persons staying in a hotel room MUST be officially registered tour participants.

Mixed gender rooms are available only to family members (parents, siblings, etc.) who are offically registered tour members.

IMPORTANT NOTE - If you cannot fill your requested tour package room occupancy type, you will be required to change your tour package to a lower room occupancy at an additional cost.

(Example: If there are three persons from your group attending*, each person requesting a Quad occupancy tour package, and your fourth person in that room does not register for the tour or drops out before the tour - Each of the three persons attending will be required to upgrade to a Triple occupancy tour package at an additional cost per person.)

*If there are only three members of your group/family attending please select Triple Occupancy - Spectator of Performer as appropriate - tour accommodations.

We are unable to accept solo male performers who are not traveling with others to fulfill a room occupancy tour package.

There is no guarantee that groups of rooms submitted together will be next to each other in the hotel. We make every effort to keep groups together.

Connecting or adjoining rooms are not available.

If you have any special room requests, please notify ESP Productions in writing as early as possible

Nightly curfew for performers will be strictly observed.
