A Word About Our Staff . . . |

Our entire ESP Productions' staff is dedicated getting the job done right while providing an experience of a lifetime for our participants. Most of us all grew up in families who made sacrifices in order that we could participate in events much like those we produce today. We understand the bake sales, car washes and long rehearsals it takes to be the BEST you can be.
From the top down, you will find each of our staff members, whether greeting at an airport or out on the rehearsal field, getting their hands dirty and working hard to make sure that you will be part of a truly satisfying production experience that you'll never forget!

Bruce Hart - President
Executive Producer and Director of the All American Halftime Show™. Former Drum Major of the National Champion Ohio State University Marching Band and featured performer at the Rose Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Holiday Bowl, and Liberty Bowl. National Director of dance clinics for thirteen years. Production credits include the Bluebonnet Bowl, Hall of Fame Bowl, Holiday Bowl, Florida Citrus Bowl, (since 1992), Maui Classic, Rainbow Tip-Off Classic, Opening Ceremonies for the 1986 U.S. Olympic Festival, World Expo '88, World Expo '92 and AAU Junior Olympics.

Jim Ford - Vice President
Technical services director of the All American Halftime Show™. Formerly served ten years as Executive Director of FPE Entertainment and six years as Entertainment Producer for Electric Video Co. of New York City. Audio-visual director for such events as World Expo' 88, World Expo '92, Rainbow Tip-Off Classic, Maui Classic, Bluebonnet Bowl, Hall of Fame Bowl, Holiday Bowl, Florida Citrus Bowl, (since 1992), Junior Olympic Opening Ceremonies, National Dance Competitions, and Corporate Trade Shows.
