You may choose to drive to the Rosen Centre Resort in Orlando or to fly into Orlando International Airport (airport code = MCO). Our primary goal is for you to arrive in Orlando safely and economically.

If you have a favorite travel agent they will be glad to make your Orlando travel arrangements. You may also use any number of online travel companies (Yahoo Travel, Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) to shop for the best airfare available.

We strongly suggest that you do NOT use the "price bidding" travel firms (Priceline, Hotwire, etc.) as you are traveling on some of the busiest air travel days of the year and available discounted flights will be very limited.

Make sure that your final destination is Orlando International Airport (airport code = MCO). You should arrive on December 28, 2015 and depart on January 2, 2016.

Every qualified All American performer and associated Spectator tour member who purchases their airline tickets before the registration deadline is GUARANTEED a spot on the production tour.

Orlando International Airport (airport code = MCO) is one of the busiest airports in the country. Airline seating space to Orlando is very limited during the holidays. The longer you wait to make flight arrangements, the higher your airfare price may be. We highly suggest you book your flight(s) to Orlando immediately. Quoted airline prices are subject to change until full payment is made. Shop early for your airline tickets for the best fares!

If you are flying, we suggest that you try to arrive at Orlando International Airport (airport code = MCO) on December 28, 2015 between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Obviously, you will have to book whatever flight is available for your budget. Pre-paid Orlando airport shuttle service will be available until 9:00 p.m. only.

Please limit yourself to a maximum of two pieces of luggage. Be aware that many airlines have instituted additional charges each piece of checked baggage and/or even slightly overweight luggage. Check with your airline for checked luggage costs and weight limits.

Orlando International Airport/Hotel Transfers

ESP Productions is pleased offer round-trip Orlando International Airport (MCO) transfers to/from the Rosen Centre Hotel at a nominal cost of $30.00 per person / round trip. Airport/hotel shuttle reservations should made when you submit your tour member registration. You may return to your online tour member registration to add or adjust arrival/departure times at a later date.

Orlando International Airport transfer reservations & payment MUST be made in advance of your Orlando arrival.

ESP Productions will provide pre-paid shuttles ($30.00 per person, round trip) to/from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the Rosen Centre Hotel on:

December 28, 2015 • 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

January 2, 2016 • 4:00 am to Noon

If you arrive or depart outside of the pre-paid shuttle times (for any reason), you will be responsible for your own airport transportation.

ESP Production is not responsible for any flight delays.

There are NO refunds for unused airport/hotel shuttle service.

Those who pre-purchase Orlando International Airport transfers will be greeted in the airport baggage claim area and escorted to exclusive All American production tour member motor coaches for a comfortable ride to the Rosen Centre Hotel.

ESP staff will be attired in RED T-Shirts or RED Jackets and awaiting your arrival in the airport baggage claim area. After departing your airplane, please follow the airport signs to your baggage claim area (either "A" side or "B" side on the airport lower level.)

When you have booked your flight, please provide us with your anticipated arrival information to Orlando. There is a space provided on your individual registration form for your arrival transportation information to Orlando.

Official tour registration and hotel check-in begins at 4:00 pm. There is NO need to arrive early! You may check-in anytime between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm on December 28, 2015.

Early Arrivals - There is a complimentary luggage self-storage area provided at the Rosen Centre Hotel for tour members who arrive early in the day. Any luggage storage is provided strictly at your own risk & liability.

Late Arrivals - We understand that flight schedules or unanticipated flight delays sometimes do not allow arrival during the prescribed time window. Not a problem! Just check-in at the All American Information Desk if you arrive at the Rosen Centre Hotel between 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. If you arrive at the Rosen Centre Hotel after 10:00 p.m. check in at the hotel front desk to get your room key.

Late arriving tour members should visit the All American Information Desk 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. the next morning to complete their tour registration, receive costumes, theme park tickets, gifts and important tour member information.
