How Do I Register
For The All American Tour?

• You may register right here online or by mail. For fast and secure online registrations go to the "Register Online NOW!" tab and follow the directions.
  
  
• Refer to the back page of your printed All American registration booklet for your Selection Code. If you do not have a printed All American registration booklet please contact ESP Productions to receive your Selection Code.
  
  
• Every tour member including Spectators must fully complete the Registration Form & Release of Liability or online tour registration and submit a total deposit of $300.00 per person prior to September 7, 2015.
  
  
• Make only ONE selection per person when choosing your Tour Member Category, Package/Room Type, and T-Shirt Size.
  
  
• Performers must accurately complete the costume size selection and measurement information.
  
  
• Select your roommates in the spaces provided. Tour Spectators and All American performers may stay in the same room. Leave the spaces blank if you do not have a special roommate request.
  
  
• The maximum number of people per room is four. Those selecting Double or Triple Occupancy packages must be attending with others to fulfill the package. If you cannot fill a Double or Triple Occupancy package you must select a Quad occupancy tour package. If needed, tour members will be assigned to your room to achieve your Quad package. Mixed gender rooms are available to family members only.
  
  
• IMPORTANT NOTE - If ESP Productions cannot fill your requested tour package room occupancy type, you may be required to change your tour package to a lower room occupancy at an additional cost.
  
  (Example: If there are three persons from your group attending, each person requesting a Quad occupancy tour package, and we are unable place a fourth person in that room - Each of the three persons attending will be required to upgrade to a Triple occupancy tour package at an additional cost per person.)
  
  
• If you have any personal condition that requires special attention regarding lodging, transportation, daily care, diet, or medical attention please submit that information in writing with your registration or in the area provided online.
  
  
• If you are registering by mail please make checks or money orders payable to "ESP Productions". We also accept most major credit cards. Tour registrations will not be processed without payment for each person.
  
  
• You will receive a written confirmation or e-mail after each payment.
  
  
• Faxed registrations are generally not acceptable.
